The St. Mary’s River Keepers, A Harbor Safety Committee
We are a dedicated group of advocates seeking to keep the St. Mary’s River in Michigan’s beautiful Upper Peninsula environmentally friendly for our indigenous wildlife, and as fully accessible to as many of our citizens and visitors as possible.
We are a Michigan, non-profit corporation with a federal IRS designation as a charitable entity under IRS Section 501(c)(3).
Mission Statement
To serve as a collaborative resource to support and protect recreational, commercial, and transportation uses, as well as the environmental integrity of the St. Mary’s River waterway and its waterfront.
